5. Fees and Payment
QuickClock offers various pricing plans based on the number of employees using the Service. A valid credit card is required for payment, and charges are billed monthly. For accounts with fewer than two employees, a free plan is available. After a 30-day trial, a valid credit card must be on file, but no charges will be made unless additional employees are added.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of the Service, including software, logos, graphics, and text, are the property of QuickClock or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written permission.
